facility use

The Platteville School District welcomes groups in the Platteville community to utilize our facilities to their fullest potential. Spaces are available at all four of our schools and include the Platteville High School Activities Complex, gymnasiums, cafeterias, common spaces, meeting rooms, and the Platteville High School Auditorium.

How to Rent Platteville School District Facilities

The first step in renting any space within the Platteville School District is to fill out the form below with all necessary information. Please note that it may take up to 2 business days for a response and for your event to be approved.

Step #1: Place a request via rSchool Facilities Scheduler
Please include all applicable information including what your organization's event will include. The event organizer must set up an account within the rSchool system. Once a request for an account is submitted it will need to be approved by a facilities coordinator and will assign a classification to determine rental rates before facilities requests can be made.

Step #2: Sign Agreement & Review Policies
Following approval of the facility use request, all permits and agreements must be e-signed within rSchool. You will receive an email notification confirming your event details and fees associated.

Step #3: Provide Certificate of Insurance
A certificate of insurance from the sponsoring organization may be required by the administrator indicating proper coverage.
